Blue of Night

Blue of Night is a journey into a highly charged sexual environment, hidden in the faded grandeur of a disused embassy in Mayfair, London. The place is teething with libidinous bodies, writhing and moaning through the inky hue of darkness as the photographer secretly skulks, looking for illumination, capturing the obscure forms.

Over a period of months these photographs were taken without consent yet reveal no identities and were initially the result of a reportage commission for the Sunday Times magazine in 2010.
